Educators and school staff frequently encounter behaviors related to sensory dysregulation in classroom and school settings. However, recognizing sensory triggers and determining the most appropriate supports can be challenging, especially for staff with different levels of experience and training.

This training was designed to translate complex sensory processing concepts into clear, accessible learning. Through straightforward explanations and practical strategies, the training equips all classroom staff with tools they can confidently use to support students in real-world situations.

Solution: The solution is to design the video as a short, module with classroom-focused training that balances simple neuroscience  presented in plain language.

Outcome: Staff have the understanding, tools and techniques to manage sensory dysregulation in all school environments, decreasing student behavior outbursts by 75%, and giving the staff more confidence in their jobs.
