Challenge: School staff have varying levels of background knowledge. The challenge is creating a video that is simple enough for paraprofessionals and new staff, yet still credible and useful for experienced educators.

Solution: The solution is to design the video as a short, module with classroom-focused training that balances simple neuroscience  presented in plain language.

​

Outcome: Stakeholders have a quick foundational training to get into the hands of their staff quickly, while the full training is still being developed.
